absolutely awful service. the hairdresser made my hair dark red with awful ginger highlights, asked her to fix it and she just made it worse. i said i wanted a refund and they said no because she used a lot of dye, as if it was my fault she messed up

The beauticians were friendly and polite, and the environment welcoming, however the waxing room at the back is small and cramped. Apart from mentioning that the bikini area was getting pretty sore because of the repeated pulling, and it was adjusted, both ladies did a good job and waxed exactly how I asked, I experienced some itchiness the following day, which is unusual for me - not sure I reacted to the wax; but overall I would use again and would recommend to try as everyone is different.
