I've got mixed feelings about my experience. My dry haircut was great, my hairdresser was fantastic, friendly, very professional, but having to wait for one hour with a scheduled appointment was not so great. Prices *starting from £14*, neither, it feels biased.

absolutely awful service. the hairdresser made my hair dark red with awful ginger highlights, asked her to fix it and she just made it worse. i said i wanted a refund and they said no because she used a lot of dye, as if it was my fault she messed up
