I waited almost an hour after my appointment time. I booked online and pre paid. The lady didn’t believe me neither did she know I had an appointment. The salon wasn’t busy and all I got was a sorry. I showed her I’d paid with my confirmation email but she still kept me a little while whilst she checked her account.
The waxing itself was fairly poor here o be honest, not sure I’ll return.
I don't think I've ever been so upset by a visit to the hairdresser, I came today because my regular hairdresser elsewhere is ill and I wanted my below chest length hair trimmed for split ends. I said about two to three inches several times.
I'm walking out with a bob at just above shoulder length, first it was trimmed unevenly which I had to point out (by several inches).I had not given permission at ANY POINT for so much to be cut. So upset, ruined my day honestly.
