The blowdry itself was fine but they decided at the end to charge me an extra £15 for ‘long hair’. I already selected the long hair option when paying on Treatwell so I was a bit disappointed and surprised to hear it. I didn’t even mind paying extra, but when you’re planning to increase the price by 50% of the expected total you should communicate that upfront rather than at the end.
