I turnt up to a closed salon, called the contact number and the lady was half asleep, not phased, not apologetic just said we’re closed on sundays. Their salon has Sunday opening times quite literally on their shop floor. She said treatwell should not have booked me in. I asked for a refund and again with no emotion or sympathy just said ask treatwell. Won’t be booking again!
