Awful experience. Made me wait at least 20 minutes. Little communication. Started using strip wax when I’d paid for hot wax. Tried to wax me where I’d said I didn’t want it. Went home to find lots of missed spots and had to get the tweezers out. Extremely frustrating. Worst wax I’ve ever had.

Moona was quick and efficient ... best of all, she made my eyebrows look fabulous!
I will say I'm used to being asked what shape I want before we start. Moona just went straight into threading ahah. However, she gave me an opportunity to say whether or not I was happy with the shape she made and it ended up being perfect for my face.
