I hate leaving bad reviews, but after my experience here I felt I needed to warn others not to book this place for a massage. The room itself tiny in basically a boiler room at the back of the salon. It was cold, nosy and grubby. Nothing about it was relaxing, no music, no soft lighting. The bed was uncomfortable and grubby. I had paid for a one hour all over massage and basically got slapped with oil for around half hour including a 10 minute where I was left ‘to let the oil’ seep in.

The place was ok, nothing special. The hairdresser was friendly but didn’t understand what I wanted at all. I had a photo on my phone, all I wanted was to tidy my hair up. The hairdresser couldn’t work out how to do this so decided to cut it so short and uneven I look like I should be on dumb and dumber.
The haircut is terrible, uneven and way too short, I was so upset. When I went to pay the lady at the desk was so nice and understanding.

Waxing took place in the back rooms, which were a bit lack luster. Sparkly paper doesn't hide the fact it's a boiler room.
The wax itself was lovely - quick and efficient and happy with the results.

Piercings for both ears received but are not in the centre of either ear lobe. Asked the lady to readjust the markings as they’re too close, yet they were still pierced in wrong spots. It was very disappointing and has caused me significant distress just before the Christmas period. I would not recommend.
