Lady who did my facial didn’t wash her hands once.
She seemed rushed and facial was quite abrasive, the skin on my upper lids is now irritated. After a mask at the end she didn’t put any cream or SPF on, I had to go to Boots to buy some. Not great.

I'd give this experience a 6/10. I had the lash lift which was done out in the salon in one of the hairdressing chairs. I would have preferred it were done in a private room, mainly for safety. I felt a bit vulnerable as I had my eyes closed for 30 - 40 minutes, and my bag wasn't put aside somewhere safe. It also felt strange to hear other customers around me but not being able to see anything.
The chair was upright and I found it strange to not be lying down, so I didn't feel 100% comfortable. The lady who did my treatment was polite and did ask me if I was okay on a few occasions. I do think the second part of the treatment was on for slightly too long as some of my eyelashes are overcurled and look bent.
I'm not completely unsatisfied but I do think the service could be a lot better.
