when I walk through the door for a facial appointment and see Varsha on duty my heart sinks as I know I've wasted my money and have a 45min ordeal or heavy breathing, rushed slapping and being scrubbed like a frying pan ahead of me. not again

Worst haircut ever. The receptionist is not friendly at all. And the haircut was horrible. I have to go to another salon to fix it up. The worst experience ever. Wasted 25£ for nothing. 😑
