Absolutely terrible. The therapist left me half done, covered in wax and oil to finish a walk in’s treatment. I had to repeatedly ask for treatment to start cause they close at 6. She had to rush through mine and because she had left me with oil to go to another person i have so many hairs left that wouldn’t come off after the oiling. Very disappointed. Esp after paying £45 for my treatment and being rushed to do 3 areas in under an hour because they had to close the place at 6.
