There was an electrical buzzing which was out of the therapists control, but there could have been music playing for ambience. The treatment room had me looking up at a flourecent light, with a massive gap in the ceiling up to fuse boxes and pipeworks. The therapist, although nice, initiated no conversation. Smalltalk is important in such an intimate waxing scenario as it builds trust. Otherwise I have my privates out in the back of a shopping mall with nothing but buzzing to soothe me.
