Been here a couple of times the staff are all really good but sadly last time they had a lot of walk ins which meant I needed to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen

Took my shy 13 year old for an underarm wax. Very calm and efficient experience, pleasant space. Therapist was friendly and welcoming but not overbearing - perfect for my daughter. Very quick and not painful treatment.
