All the ladies are lovely, but Cristina speaks very little English, which made it difficult to explain what I wanted. I showed her a picture and she said she could do it, but the end result was not even close. I tried to convince myself I liked it at the end, but honestly it is far from what I asked for - it's closer to highlights, and looks blocky, patchy and uneven in places. I do regret not saying anything in the salon, as £110 was very steep for what I got.

I am very disappointed with the lash lift I had here. The immediate results were very minimal and hardly noticeable, and after just one week, my lashes have dropped/straightened almost completely. I have had lash lifts before at other salons and usually the results have been noticeable, and last weeks. The person in charge of my treatment had left mid way and left someone else to finish the job, so I am not sure if this had an impact. Definitely not worth the cost -I wish I asked for a refund!

Patch test not checked. My head is peeling.Told experiensed Stylist's 1st day at salon. They didn't have the toner colour to match the colour I asked for on my photographs. After several hours I left the salon having paid a fortune £115 having been tortured ,looking good, but not satisfied
