I booked a hairstyling appt and it was not what I got at all! This salon shouldn’t be offering hair styling appts they are best suited to brows only! I asked for a simple hair up appt and was told she couldn’t do it! It was too late on the day for me to find somewhere else so I settled on her curling my hair which she said she could do but that a disaster too! Avoid!!

I had henna done and it faded within a day and is nearly gone two days later! Also the design that she done on me looking nothing like what I asked for. And she overcharged me! Don’t get henna done here and don’t go to this salon, it’s a waste of time and money.

Really nice lady. She forgot my eyebrow tint was on so several shades darker than I wanted. My eyes are also quite sore from my eyelash tint …. But they are blue black which is what I asked for.

All the ladies are lovely, but Cristina speaks very little English, which made it difficult to explain what I wanted. I showed her a picture and she said she could do it, but the end result was not even close. I tried to convince myself I liked it at the end, but honestly it is far from what I asked for - it's closer to highlights, and looks blocky, patchy and uneven in places. I do regret not saying anything in the salon, as £110 was very steep for what I got.
