Theana's reiki is very helpful, I feel balanced and re-energised immediately after as well as the days following. She also is very able to pick up on the links between each chakra and real life people or circumstances that could be facilitating the blockage. Its really not just a cleansing of the chakra routine but so much more detail that really helps you identify areas in your life which require work and healing, so I'd classify a session with her as important - very happy.

My Reiki session with Theana was lovely - I had my previous session quite a few months ago, so I needed a top-up. I could feel the energy gently moving through me, clearing blocks and restoring balance. It was as if layers of emotional and energetic heaviness were being lifted one by one! Felt lighter, more centred and sooo peaceful. Will hopefully come for another session soon without waiting for so long. Thank you Theana!

I tried another treatment with Theana out of curiosity—a Reiki session followed by Intuitive Art, where she created a wax painting of my aura. It deeply resonated with me, and I’ll keep it on my desk as a reminder of the calm and balance I felt. Theana’s warm, gentle energy instantly put me at ease, melting away stress and tension. By the end, I felt lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. A truly restorative experience—I’ll definitely be back!
