The location and ambience was beautiful and clean, however the staff didn't communicate well. First they didn't find my name.
I had booked for a Moolan pedicure and when I got there I told them that I need my gel polish removed and they charged me a full price of gel removal which included shaping and filing as well.
In the end when my nail polish was drying they left me without saying anything and after more than 15 minutes that my feet got really hot I asked someone to go and call my therapist and when she came she put cellophane around my feet and didn't tell me that it was not dried yet. So when I got home and removed it, it ruined my nail polish which really disappointed me. To be fair the pedicure itself was good.
As, always, Moolan is a great salon for Mani or Pedi, skillful staff and great ambience :)
