A lot shorter than I wanted even after showing photo of the length I wanted ,over use of thinning scissors.had to wash my hair again when I got home as felt very sticky.I am an ex hairdresser so know what I’m talking about.

Always have great service from Natalie and she always makes me feel very comfortable, she did exactly what I asked for for my colour and recommended I got layers out in instead of having it thinned out which was definately the right choice and I will have it again going forward. She’s THE BEST and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
