First time in this place, arrived on time and had to wait 15-20mins because she had someone or was running late. Veronica apologised for being late and I said it was fine, start of the session was really good but at the end it wasn’t that good. Very disappointed at the end because Veronica said to me please get ready quickly because I have someone else waiting. Veronica didn’t think about me when I had to wait. I’m planning a second time will be with another beautician.
