Really comfortable, super clean and relaxing environment to be in. Monica couldn’t have been friendlier and made the whole treatment stress free and of course she did a fantastic job of the waxing (I’ve been to her once before and it was excellent then too) I’d massively recommend her. We actually even had a giggle at times during the treatment and that’s saying loads as I’m a bit of a waxing wuss
