I waited at the front door. At the time of my appointment I was let in by someone else who worked in the building. I waited outside the office door for 20 minutes and knocked too, with no response. It was a patch test, which I understand is deprioritised, but with no communication after I assume there’s no interest in new business

Monica is absolutely fantastic, I travel 2.5 hours for her since my sister recently moved to the area and found her. My eyebrows are finally getting back to their original shape and health and this is completely down to her. They last well and look amazing for longer. I am so grateful to have found her. Professional and friendly service and can’t recommend her enough!
