First time at salon. Lovely smiley warm welcome. Mona is friendly and chatty. Liked that she recognised that my celtic heritage meant that tint would take more quickly. No previous therapist had noted that. Was also taken with consideration of client privacy when she turned the light out when she had to leave the room briefly. Overall a lovely experience
