Lovely clean set up and Monica was very friendly. Would’ve been 5/5 but there were a few too many times she didn’t wait for the hot wax to dry properly and it really hurt when trying to rip it. It also caused some irritation afterwards. Otherwise I am happy with the service, just be a little more careful next time.

Got a gorgeous lash lift and tint by Nathally, she was very knowledgeable and explained everything really clearly. At the end of the treatment she was really thorough about checking I was happy with my lashes. Great playlist also
