A shame
Came with grown out baby lights hoping for an icy blonde transformation after paying £145 (£95 stated on Treatwell). Was given a ‘version’ of baby lights and root smudge that left horizontal foil streaks in hair, went back for correction resulting in a brassy additional root smudge, then returned a third time to receive a second smudge that temporarily masked orange face frame highlights, only to be left with bandings warmer than before I came to Moloko. Great shame so disappointed
