Already paid £120 on Treatwell but was charged an extra £50 on top of this. Ended up paying a lot more that I thought I would when I thought it was included in the balayage package. If I had gotten what I had asked for I wouldn’t mind so much but the end result wasn’t anything like what I had asked or hoped for. Very disappointed. Appointment was rushed at the end, wasn’t given a choice as to how my hair was styled. Also had to call multiple times/wait outside before being let in.

Ashley is a great hairdresser. She always asks what I want to do and discuss her ideas, what might better suit me and my hair. She is responsive and nice as well. I am new to Manchester, but I feel really lucky to find her saloon and be a client there.
I did keratins hair treatment and hair cut, and 100% happy about both results.

Came for a wash blow dry hair cut and dyson airwrap and Ashley is the most welcoming and warming person, she helped a lot and gave me advice on my hair and what products to get! Will definitely be back xx
