Terrible customer service, as I was making my way to the Salon I was toldto arrive 30 mins as she was running late, when I arrived the main door was locked and had to wait outside for 15 minutes only way I get in was another lady was leaving the building from a different salon. As I walk in Ashley is still with the previous client and there is no sense of urgency. I have to wait for another 20 minutes for below par haircut which is I later find out my hair has been cut unevenly. Don't reccomend

I went in for a trim and a balayage and ended up with a complete makeover! Ashley has a great eye and knew exactly what hair would suit my face. She’s really good at what she does. She is also super friendly. Had a lovely time. Thank you.

Ashley turned my grown out brassy highlights into the most beautiful blonde bob, honestly you want blonde hair she is the best in Manchester! My hair feels and looks 10x better after Ashley worked her magic! Super friendly, easy to talk to and fun! Can’t recommend enough!!

Another great service. I had a total colour correction after years of using box dye and am very impressed at what was achieved in one session. My hair still feels healthy too! So happy to have found this place
