The venue itself looked a lot smaller and not as clean than it did in the pictures. The salon did not look how I was expecting it to look. When doing my shellac manicure there was no pushing back of the cuticles and my nails were filed with an emery board (not an electrical nail file as expect). Also, I didn’t not receive the shape that I desired and the colour looked different on my nails. Even though the person that did my nails was very nice, it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing
