In all the places I've been for a facial never have I had one like this. I was left for half of the treatment alone in a room. I could go into detail but I'll not. One thing I would like to say is I was asked 'do you want your eyebrows done before or after your facial' and that some people have this either way. It was asked in a way that it was part of the facial. I paid extra for this . Just giving the heads up. I was a little gutted and in much need of tlc but it is what it is.
