Real hidden gem. Karina was fantastic and tailored my facial to my needs, felt I was in really good hands! She even held off treating some millia as I had told her I needed to be camera-ready in a few days and told me to come back for it later! The only v small bit of feedback I have is that her phone was linked to the speaker, and it kept dipping in volume, ads were playing, etc and she'd have to stop and tap her phone, which was distracting and a hygiene concern for me -phones aren't clean!
