Really thorough and comfortable facial. It’s a bit nerve racking going to someone new when they could mess up your face! But I felt totally comfortable and my skin feels so hydrated already. Karina was really nice and gentle, I’ve had much more expensive facials that don’t feel so personalised and they put a mask on an leave you for most of the time - not the case here where she gave me a head/neck massage. Will defo return ☺️.

It’s hard to describe how good was my appointment. I had a facial and massage. My face skin is still glowing and so smooth after a week!! And the massage was the most relaxing one I ever had. No idea how she can be so good, she’s probably a magician ✨

Quite possibly the best facial I've ever had! First time I've tried the high frequency facial and I can tell that Karina knows her stuff, has really good technique and knows to apply products and use equipment to make the most of the time. The shoulder and neck massage was a nice treat! I'll definitely be back
