My appointment was super quick, done professionally & the technician was friendly and asked if I needed a break and checked as she was going along. She also went over twice to make sure she was getting everything.

I asked for natural looking gel nails and showed a picture of how I wanted them. I got ugly, thick, chunky, uneven nails instead and the technician didn’t fix my cuticles before applying the gel so the nails looked like the were growing out. They looked awful and I was too anxious to say anything once I realised. I had to go to Nailology after and spend £70 getting my nails fixed. The technicians there were shocked at the state of my nails but fixed them so beautifully for me. Don’t go here!!
