I've been coming here for a few months, and accidentally booked the wrong treatment on Treatwell - gel rather than builder gel removal. Halfway through, I was informed that it would cost £5 extra. Being told halfway through rather than at the beginning of my appointment was disappointing, especially when I later found out that just builder gel removal was £17, rather than the £30 treatment I'd booked. It was resolved, and the staff handled the situation well.
