I arrived on time but was not seen until 15 minutes later at which point I actually felt like leaving. The other staff were rude to the point of ignoring my questions on what was taking so long. The therapist was nice and professional. The wax is adequate but I would probably come back if I was desperate for a wax.

Quite affordable however don’t expect absolute perfectly clean nails afterwards. I still had residue from removing the gel and bit of blood in the crest of my nail from slight nip to the skin (that’s normal). Good value for money I guess but not too much attention to detail
