Arrived at the salon and the staff weren’t aware of the treatment I had booked via treatwell, however they were quick to seat me and get started. The water used when removing my acrylic was boiling, which therefore made the bowl of acetone boil, and so it was too hot to put my hands in. I tried to let my nail tech know, however he walked away to finish off another client. I found that he was very rough with my hands during the treatment, ie grabbing my hands, and twisting my fingers. Further to this the ombré on my nails is patchy. I have seen some good reviews of this salon and some great work on their instagram page so I was really disappointed with my experience, and I would not return.
