I was running slightly late, but the staff were really lovely. The ambience is also really nice and I think treatments are good value. They also gave me a Christmas voucher as I left which was a very nice gesture.

I had an amazing pedicure. the staff is great and welcoming. the massage chair while I got my pedicure was an add on. i feel very relaxed.

a rocky start with 10 mins late to start and a slightly rude male technician... one nail had a hair in and I felt a bit uncomfortable after the guy not listening to me and then snapping at me. But after this he did a lovely job and another lady polished and did toes last min too. Tee was super nice and fixed the hair nail too. I would return after all!
