I was asked to pay an extra 5 pounds for waxing “behind” which I refused as everyone knows it is included with bikini waxing. Additionally, I was only informed of this at the end of my appointment. Had I known I would have just gone elsewhere. Also they don’t take card.

You can’t pay by card and I had to walk down the street to Sainsbury’s ... I was only told after my service. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry, but otherwise would have been an issue. My manicure itself was great.

Basic mani is good value for money. I wanted gradient colours, the tech kept asking why then told me it was an additional £5. This is 25% more than the cost of the mani! Lol! Also he left for the day while my nails were drying - I check my nails were ok then left myself. *shrug*
