I had to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time. Then, the removal took around half an hour instead of 10 minutes as advertised. This was mainly due to the fact that the technician I had initially was doing mine and another lady's nails at the same time. Another technician attended me for the actual removal of my nail polish and once I exited the salon I noticed that she had failed to remove all the gel from my nails.

He was really friendly and did a good throwing job. Was very tentative and book the back massage on while he took care of my feet. My feet felt soft and polish looks lovely. Ended up going for a manicure to match which was also done well. I particularly was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon with sterile equipment. Will come again.
