Really disappointing. I've been coming to this salon for a while and often spending £75 per visit on my SNS nails and pedicure with shellac. On my last visit the older woman did my nails. I mentioned that for some colours I need an extra coat of SNS as the natural nail shines through and that was it.. she spent the entire appointment complaining that I shouldn't have ever had 3 coats, they should have charged me more! I'm so nice that I actually ended up apologising and saying that I didn't realise! anyway she did a rubbish job of them and for that reason I wouldn't go back. she lost a good customer but I wouldn't feel comfortable going there now. terrible customer service
