I’m a regular at this place and this is the first time I’ve not had a good gel nail manicure (for several reasons).
1. The whole thing was done in 15 minutes which lead to loads of mistakes being done.
2. All the filing was done roughly and then it wasn’t even washed off - the lady just put a spray then started putting the gel on straight away.
3. When having my cuticles done, my fingers were snagged a few times (super painful) and even then there was still some rough patches.
4. Sides of my nails had missing colour and also there’s gel all over my skin (end result) on my thumb. Then as I walked away I noticed there’s some indenting on my nail.
5. The lady then filed my nails once everything was dry - which means I now have uneven nail tops and also the gel is removed which means my nails will chip.
All in all I’m gonna stick to the guy who does my nails there but I’m a little peeved I’ve paid full price for such a shoddy job on my nails.
