Every now and again, I get told that I HAVE TO pay an extra £5 for having “long” nails because apparently it takes longer to do (which it doesn’t) & I’m literally talking millimetres here. This rule is not mentioned ANYWHERE genuinely think they are just trying their luck to see if they can scam some extra cash out of customers. The last time this happened I said just cut them to the point where they are not deemed “long” and they ended up being longer than what I originally asked for LOL
