Very pleased with our nails. The only reason I have scored our treatments as 4 instead of 5 is that we were there for over two hours. Despite having appointments there were not enough nail technicians working and we were kept waiting while they kept going from one client to another. I understand staff problems happen but they were still accepting more walk ins while we were waiting for our nails to be finished.
