Inconsistency in treatment, previously had colour left on for almost an hour and this this time in and out in just over an hour. Lazy blow dry relying on straightners but even then left with it looking frizzy. This is the 2nd time when I’ve had my hair washed I’ve left with a wet back and back of my top. Lastly the “small increase” was £15 on top of the pricey treatment. After giving the salon another chance after the 1st time I can safely say it’s not an enjoyable experience, I won’t be back.
