Alana was amazing. She reassured me throughout the consultantation process and explained the plan for my haircut and how this would help the look of my fine hair. She chatted away to me throughout without making me feel like the chat was forced. Alana explained the product she used in my hair and I loved how it made my hair felt and have since purchased the product.
I will 100% be back to have my hair done by Alana, she really made me feel at ease and I really appreciate her patience with me.
