Unfortunately it wasn’t a balayage as I was promised. I am very disappointed. I was blonde with a bit of grown out roots. Instead they dyed my hair dark brown and a stripe in the front. I look like a typical chav girl. Its ridiculous and embarrassing. Tried to wash it off and still looks the same. I will not come back. Now I have to spend extra money to fix it. Shame. I thought you will be my go to hairdresser. Absolutely horrendous. I hate it!
