Went for balayage expecting to be there for 2 hours. I waited half an hour for my appointment then sat in the chair for 3 and a half more hours - 4 hours in total! Lovely lady did my hair but the colour was much lighter and brassier than I requested and by the time I was done I only had time for a very rushed blowdry as I was late for my valentines plans! There were too many clients and only 3 staff so I spent a lot of the time waiting for them to come back to me. The salon was very dirty too. Very disappointed. I need more colour in my fringe and a correct toner put through but will be going elsewhere unfortunately.
Have had a balayage ombre & a haircut here, excellent results and amazing staff! Very good value for money. Have recommended to friends.

Incredible staff. Talented and hear exactly what you want. I basically got a makeover. My hair was very dark . I got a balayage ombré cut and blow dry. Also my eyebrows tinted and threaded. Very happy with the results
