Booked for French manicure, arrived and was told the lady that did French tips was not in today so I could only have one colour all over. Managed to find a colour that I didn't mind.
Manicure was perfect, massage was great. Pedicure had imperfections which I only realised when I got home. I have advised the manager to de-list availability when her therapist is not in, as there was another customer also upset by this next to me.
