I arrived 10mins early to my appointment. The hairdresser wasn’t opened even at 10am which was the time of my appointment for my son. Eventually when it was open. The lady was not aware of any appointment. The haircut for my son was overall okay. The lady didn’t have any confidence in cutting children’s hair. I was a little disappointed as I usually come her for my son.
