Sally, from start to finish, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I could tell that she was a very experienced hairdresser, she discussed the treatment and explained what she would be doing with my hair.

Big mistake about highlighting! By the end my roots was yellow not even blond! No offer to put toner or something to cover the yellow. Very disappointed!
