The skin specialist was amazing but the receptionist was condescending and began accusing me, claiming I’ve used my voucher when I did not. Once proving that I hadn’t, she didn’t even apologise for the distress caused by the situation.

Great experience overall. I got a Groupon offer for 6 Hair removal session for full bikini. For the reduce price I paid I was happy. There is hair left, some part are more hairy than others. Do not expect a perfect service where you will have zero hair left with six sessions. The technique they use is a machine with light, it isn't a laser. If you want a perfect result, spend more money on lasers session in another clinic which proposes it. If you want something affordable which get rid of most of the hairs but not all of them, this is the place to go! The staff is nice, Rima who took care of me for the 6 sessions was lovely, careful and attentive to what I was saying. Again to conclude, great experience for 100£ six sessions.

Staff is amazing very friendly, very polite and very professional, I met a doctor who was a pleasant woman with lots of experience and who put me at ease re: my issue. Price isn't cheap but it's worth it.
