I really hate to do this, but I can't give this anything other than a 1 star because it simply didn't work. I realise that there is variation between people regarding how effective laser hair removal will be, but there's been no change whatsoever and I had the treatment every month for six months. I'm pretty disappointed as I have a lot of problems with this and wanted to finally be confident this summer. The treatments were also very different depending on who was giving them - from 2 minutes to 15 minutes - which didn't inspire confidence. Just really disappointed with the outcome, and wish I hadn't spent my (very limited) budget on this treatment.
