The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in Canary Wharf, the place is clean. They even provide free water and gadget charger. So you can charge your phone/table while waiting for your session (if you arrive earlier). The clinic is also very close to DLR station which is convenient. They charge very reasonable and affordable prices for the laser treatments. I used to go to the Romford branch, it was the same. However, I changed to Canary Wharf branch because it's closer to where I live at the moment.
