Turned up for my laser appointment 15 minutes early and no-one was there so ended up sitting in a dingy stairwell waiting for staff to arrive. When they did I was let in, took a seat and they then spent 10 minutes pottering around and having whispered conversation in the kitchen - absolutely fine you're starting your work day but gave me the feeling something was wrong. Turns out the second technician wouldn't arrive until 11am which means myself and one other girl would have to go one after another. It's a workday morning; both of us need to get back to work and I had travelled 45 minutes away from my laptop (I was working from home that day) to be there. The other girl seemed more stressed so I let her go first but it meant that a 15 minute appointment turned into nearly an hour. I'm not the kind of person to go stomping my feet especially when it's not the staff that did bother to turn ups fault but I was very disappointed to have not received any compensation apart from a meek apology. I pay good money for an expensive treatment at what is designed to look like a high end clinic but they fell very far from the mark this time.
I didn't actually have the treatment done...
I have dermatitis (form of eczema). I explicitly told them on the phone this and that there is no point me coming in for a consultation if they are not prepared to do it.
After travelling to the clinic, filling in a 5 page document, within a minute of the consultation I was told that they were not prepared to do the treatment because of my skin condition.
TIME WASTERS!
